IT Support Engineer, Hounslow

A leading IT Provider is seeking an individual with an excellent customer service ethos and the technical ability to operate in a IT Field Support Engineer position to provide technical support to their customers in West London (Greenford, Ealing, Hounslow and Feltham). This role is paying £24 to 28k per annum plus travel expenses.

As an IT / ICT Support Engineer your Duties and responsibilities
* Provide both field and onsite support
* Office 365, Windows Server support
* Identify, troubleshoot and resolve different issues and including software, network, devices problem in a timely manner, either onsite or remotely
* Setup, install, deploy, upgrade, manage and maintain both hardware, software and policies
* Update, follow-up and document issues
* Manage network performance, virus and spyware monitor and removal, VOIP maintenance, backup and storage
Personal Qualifications and experience
* At least 2-year experience in IT support / ICT Support
* HE degree in computer and related field, or with Microsoft qualification, or vocational training certification
* Knowledge and experience of Active Directory, SQL Server 2008, 2012, Exchange 2003-2015, TCP/IP protocols and configuration, PC and server, firewalls, routers and network infrastructure
* Office 365
* Well organised, fast learner, good team player, self-motivated
* Previous experience supporting schools desirable

We are are an award winning Microsoft Partner and we are seeking an Agile Business Analyst to join our team.
The Agile Business Analyst will be key to assisting our teams in providing solutions to business problems. This position supports project initiatives including identifying and analysing preliminary business needs, benefits, time and resource estimates, defining the project scope and objectives to meet strategic organisational goals. As such this role also supports the definition of business cases and benefits tracking.
Experience working in Agile and data driven projects is key for this role.
Primarily, the BA will lead requirements gathering and management through workshop facilitation, product backlog grooming and continuous feedback loops with the customer and internal team.
The BA will have good knowledge and application of Use Cases, Process Maps, Data Flows and Diagrams.
The Agile Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) will have demonstrable experience with:
+ Agile Methodologies
+ User Stories/Journeys
+ Working alongside Developer and Architect
+ Experience in Cloud (ideally Microsoft) and Big Data projects.
