The Role - AV Audio Visual Installation Engineer, Medical Systems
Following expansion, they seek to a customer focused and technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineer, responsible for the installation, service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of highly advanced fully integrated surgical devices, endoscopic medical systems and audio visual operating theatre devices at hospital and healthcare centres throughout Greater London and the South East. This role will involve extensive travel to customer sites throughout this area.
Your Background - AV Audio Visual Installation Engineer, Medical Systems
To be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate a strong background working in a Field Service or Technical Support role, gained within a high value electronic capital equipment environment. You should be qualified to a minimum ONC or HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline. Applications are encouraged from electronic engineers from a wide range of industry sectors, including medical device, laboratory device, AV / Audio Visual, semiconductor, ex Forces (Radar / Weapons Systems), industrial / commercial imaging or areas of electronic manufacturing. You must have impeccable customer service skills and confident in customer facing environments.

Our client, one of the top ranked learning institutions in the world are seeking an Interim Fire Safety Trainer to join their team under a temporary contract
As a Fire Safety Trainer you will be required to assist the acting head of fire safety to progress fire safety arrangements within the institution in collaboration with the estates and facilities assurance teams.
Role Details:
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour
Role Length: 3 Months
Location: Southwark
Working week: 35hours
Duties:
1 Provide face to face training sessions for new and existing fire marshals
2 Assist in the development of fire safety information sheets for staff/students and those with specific fire safety functions (such as marshals, student ambassadors and controllers)
Knowledge/experience:
1 Experience of providing fire safety training (marshals) sessions
2 Safety related (preferably fire safety related) qualification
Skills:
1 Confident standing in front of people to talk through fire awareness training
2 Good written skills
3 Good computer skills (MS suite of programs)

1: Providing 2nd level customer support for the effective operation of software medical applications.
2: Implementing solutions with customers under the guidance of the project manager.
3: Liaising with customer support staff and users to manage the timely resolution of application problems, employing disciplined change control methods to test & implement enhancements, upgrades & fixes.
4: Providing on-site assistance to Regional Sales Managers and customers on any technical issues that arise during the initial installation.
Your Background – Field Support & Healthcare IT Implementation Engineer
The successful candidate must have experience in SQL, HL7 and DICOM combined with excellent technical awareness. In addition, applicants must have good time management skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience of healthcare IT technologies would be advantageous, such as IT professional already working with PACS, RIS or PAS clinical information systems.
