SITE ADMINISTRATOR – FANTASTIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY

SALARY £20,000 – £23,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to an exciting current period of growth, they now have a new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join their team at their exciting project based in Battersea.
Working with the site team (Project Manager, Surveyors and Site Engineering Team) and reporting to the Project Manager, as Site Administrator you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Project Team.
You will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing materials dockets, assisting the Project Manager with the day to day running of the site whilst maintaining site office systems.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all incoming and outgoing goods/ materials dockets including purchase orders, muck away, concrete tickets (GRS)
Compiling databases/ spreadsheets
Compiling progress reports
Document control – use of Conject or similar
Manage on site filing systems
General word processing
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from project managers/ clients/ suppliers/ site staff and Head Office
Creating and maintaining filing systems
Keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff
Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases, including site accounts
Devising and maintaining office systems
Arranging meetings
Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Assisting the Project Manager to produce weekly and monthly timesheets
Dealing with staff queries and process for new starters
Arranging travel and accommodation, where required
EXPERIENCE/KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience working in Construction industry would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite for the role
IT literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access.

The Digital Marketing Executive Role:
The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Country Manager to drive customer acquisition and conversion for our Swedish country website. You will have a good background in PPC account management/Google Adwords, affiliate networks and have a passion for analytics.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the performance marketing strategy for the Swedish market in order to meet the Company revenue and growth targets.
What does the role involve?
+ Implement, optimise and manage paid search campaigns for the Swedish account within budget
+ Work closely with the Acquisition Team to ensure that all PPC campaigns are in line with the overall acquisition strategy
+ Work closely with the Senior Country Manager and Content Team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and conversion
+ Perform keyword research and manage all bid management
+ Continuously keep in touch with latest trends in sports nutrition and apply guidance on Swedish marketing strategy from Senior Country Manager
+ Analyse activity and performance of all paid search campaigns for the Swedish market and report back to Head of Acquisitions
+ Work closely with Affiliate Manager to identify and effectively manage and optimise ROI through affiliate partners
+ Provide Swedish translation for website and marketing campaigns where required
What are we looking for?
+ 1-2 years of experience with PPC account management and Google Shopping for an eCommerce business (or with eCommerce clients on agency side)
+ Native (or fluent) ability in spoken and written Swedish language
+ Proven track record of executing and optimising successful paid search campaigns
+ Strong working knowledge of Google Adwords and Analytics
+ Degree in marketing or analytics related discipline (2:1 or above)
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
+ Google Adwords certification would be advantageous
+ Strong numerical and analytical skills
+ Experience with affiliate marketing and affiliate account management would be advantageous
+ An interest in sports, fitness and nutrition would be beneficial

A Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor is needed to join a fit-out specialist based Middlesex in involved in various Commercial and Retail refurbishment projects in the Central London area. This is a great opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, that are willing to contribute to your professional development in a successful environment. Many of their projects are in the Commercial and Retail sector having recently secured a new contract with a leading Department Store, however they do take a range of projects across other sectors. They are looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join their tight-knit team.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Estimating and Quantity Surveying skills and contract knowledge with a Contractor that will drive your personal development forward and give you the opportunity to get involved in high-end refurbishment projects. You will be supporting the senior team in their role ensuring the successful delivery of their client’s projects, whilst being encouraged and supported in your professional development.
Some of your duties will include:
* Prepare and dispatch tender packages to subcontractors
* Set up job files and all necessary records
* Collate subcontractor tenders and in consultation with the Contracts Manager, award subcontracts
* In conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, check and approve subcontractor claims for payment
* Liaise with subcontractors to resolve queries
* Assess and cost variations to contract
* Update and maintain records
* Assist with contract valuations
* Assist with monthly cost/value reconciliations
* You will need:
* Demonstrable experience of Estimating/Quantity Surveying principles
* Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree or Vocational equivalent
* Ideally a background within the fit-out sector
* At least 1-2 year's experience in a Quantity Surveying role
