Responsibilities:
• Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment.

• Ensure each agency assignment is delivered to Client expectation

An experienced Forklift Driver with both Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licence is required ASAP for an on going Temp-Perm position in Erith.
The forklift role will be working for a leading blue chip distribution company, providing forklift and warehouse support to a large and fast paced operation. You must have 6 months experience and a valid Counterbalance and Reach Fork Truck certificate to apply due to the high value of my clients product.
The role will be hands-on, getting involved with all manners of warehouse activities as required, including crate picking, use of hand scanners and manual handling pallets, so the ability to be physically fit as well as drive a forklift is important to succeed in this role.
Duties :

Background:
The Senior Developer has broad analytical risk management knowledge gained within the financial services industry, coupled with an extensive C++ / C# development background. The role will help deliver a number of projects in the business and this role implements models for pricing, ALM, Economic Capital as well as Credit and Market Risk Management, using Agile Continuous Delivery methodologies.
Duties:
• Work very closely with the enterprise architects, existing lead infrastructure architects and developers to ensure new development is compatible with existing functionality from both a design and best practice standpoint, and leave no key person risk in the team
• Bridge the gap between business specifications and development by understanding how the models work and being able to collaborate with the business specification owner; support the business in their testing of the models and BAU queries of functionality
• Take ownership of the entire Pricing code base and represent the technical product owner for this system. This includes being the senior representative of the product within IT, championing good working documentation, and resolving any perception issues
• Engage in peer code reviews and work constructively to continually (and demonstrably) improve the code base; provide continual improvement to the systems
• Able to provide demonstrations, workshops, pilots and conceptual product discussions to enable requirements development
• Provide value of the entire software development lifecycle; analyse system operational processes to determine where software development will aid automation and reduce operational and model risk
• Deliver full unit test coverage of code, drive and own system tests where appropriate, and drive business testing. Work collaboratively with the entire product team and not in isolation
• To take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group’s policies and procedures including the Partnership Agreement to maximise business performance.
Ideal Skills:
- Modern C++ software development experience and coding skills, open source libraries (C++11/14, Boost), Python/C# beneficial, GUI design an advantage
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Expert knowledge of software development in analytical and model risk scenarios
- Capacity to estimate, manage own work and keep within plan
- Continuous Delivery toolkit; Source control, issue management software (Perforce, Subversion, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins)

Our well established distribution client based in Croydon is looking for a Class 2 driver to join their expanding team.
The Class 2 Cat C multi drop driver may be delivering building products locally around Croydon and the M25 Corridor so a good geographical knowledge is essential.
Class 2 Drivers must ensure loads arrive safely and undamaged whilst ensuring all paperwork is completed at each drop. Class 2 Drivers must be flexible and prepared to unload at delivery point but you will be provided with a newer model taillift vehicle and an electric pump truck to assist you on average you may be required as a Class 2 multidrop driver to make between 6-12 deliveries.

This is a multi-drop delivery role for a world famous brewery and full training will be given vehicles will be double manned with a drivers mate to assist you.
Drivers applying for the role must be physically fit and used to manual handling/heavy lifting. This distribution role involves making up to ten drops per shift assisted by a drivers mate in and around the London area.
The Shift:
Monday – Friday: 06:00am approx. 8- 10 hrs shifts
