FP&A Manager, London
An established and profitable business based in west London is seeking to appoint an FP&A Manager to support the business in budget and forecast strategy. This is a newly created high profile role with management responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead the annual Budget and monthly forecast process – project manage to ensure timely delivery, and clearly explain business and financial drivers behind financial movements.
* Develop robust budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insightful Management Information to senior stakeholders, and timely Board presentations

The Account Manager will lead the Distributor Support team, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales generation.
The Role
Direct Sales
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to the annual budget creation and re-forecasting as required.
• Manage and grow client portfolio across all channels
• Develop, nurture and leverage relationships with key contacts within allocated key accounts.
• Create and submit account plans and any required project plans in a timely and effective manner.
Indirect Sales Revenue Generation
• Build a strong working relationship with the Sales team, sharing market and specific project information, identifying and agreeing appropriate action steps to research, address and close opportunities.
• Build a structured relationship with the Distributor Sales team to step change their sales revenue department including running training sessions.
• Collaborate with Design, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure we are meeting client requests, needs and continually improving.

• Work in partnership with Lead Generation Manager to cleanse, develop, update and develop leads whilst build awareness and affinity to the Craster brand
