Associate Consultant (Defined Benefit Consulting), London
Becoming an Associate Consultant in the Defined Benefit Consulting Team with Employee Benefits:Do you have Defined Benefit pension experience and are seeking to develop a rewarding career in Defined Benefit consultancy? We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Defined Benefit (DB) Consulting Team in London. The Associate Consultant provides support to the Consultants and clients within the DB Consulting & Scheme Management practice area.What you will do: * Provides a complete and professional support service to the Consultants, including preparation of draft communications, advice and papers produced within CES guidelines * Assists with preparation of new client agreements and scopes of work to CES standards * Provides support to the secretarial support team when required * Monitors time recording throughout the team ensuring correct protocols are observed. * Manages the team invoicing process * Updates the workflow processes for the team * Builds professional relationships with client’s and other parties (administrators, auditors and other practices) becoming liaison in the absence of the Consultants * Liaises with other practice areas and external suppliers as required * Develops and continually strengthens pensions and benefits knowledge * Contributes to the development of the Consulting capability and collateral of the Consulting Solutions team * Effectively manages delivery of work to time, quality and budgetYour experience will include: * Defined benefits pension experience * Excellent IT and organisational skills * Ability to work flexibly and able to work under pressure * Good communication skills * Proactive * Commercially aware * Works positively with colleagues and able to manage workflow * Good presentation skills (or ability to acquire such skills) * Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) * Part qualified PMI is desirable * Project management experience and knowledge is desirableAbout Employee BenefitsCapita Employee Benefits (CEB) is one of the largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK; a multi award-winning organisation servicing over 1,600 clients and more than 4 million company employees and pension scheme members. BSRIA Flushing Engineer – Water Treatment
Location: Sidcup, Kent
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
An established Water Treatment company who cover a number of contracts across the London/South East area are seeking a Water Treatment Engineer that has experience within the Pre Commissioning field.
The responsibilities for this position will include:
* Flushing and chemical dosing of chilled water and heating systems as per BSRIA standards.
* Chemical dosing to heating and chilled systems and Acid descales.
* Remedial works to cold water storage tanks and power flushing.
The experience require for this position will include:
* A full UK driving license.
* At least 2 year’s previous experience in the same role.
* Full understanding of chemical cleaning and flushing to BSRIA standards.
* Great communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
In return for this fantastic opportunity to develop your career further with potential future career progression opportunities you will receive a salary of around £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience itself + company vehicle and other bonus’s.
