Conrad Consulting are working with a leading Architectural Consultancy in South Essex who are looking to recruit an aspiring Architectural Technologist with design flair and passion to join their award-winning multidisciplinary team in Essex on a full time permanent basis. This practice are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and as such are recruiting architectural staff a various levels.
Working on a range of ground-breaking designs, this vacancy is best suited to a flexible Architectural Technologist who is able to adapt their working pattern to suit the size, style and complexity of each project.
The successful candidate will be confident in producing full working drawings, including specifications, and technical support on projects from planning approval stage through to site completion. Applicants with previous residential experience will be at a distinct advantage, however, all applicants that can demonstrate relevant skills & technical knowledge will be considered.
Essential Requirements:
·Relevant technical Qualification - Degree/HNC/HND.
·Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
·Previous experience within the UK Residential and Education sectors.
·Communication/Presentation skills.
·Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
·Proficient with ArchiCAD & REVIT.
·Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful applicant, likely to be in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience.

This practice are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and as such are recruiting architectural staff a various levels. They are looking for forward-thinking Architects to lead by example and help the company progress to the next level.
Working on a range of ground-breaking designs, this vacancy is best suited to a flexible Architects who are able to adapt their working pattern to suit the size, style and complexity of each project.
You will be expected to demonstrate UK experience in the design and delivery of medium to large residential projects with an emphasis on technical production information. A flair for design and a thorough knowledge of Planning Policy and Building Regulations are also a requirement, together with career stability.
Essential Requirements
·ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect - between 5-10 years experience.
·Proficient using REVIT software (AutoCAD skills also a minimum requirement).
·Existing project experience particularly in Residential.
·Possess excellent design capabilities and portfolio to match.
·Enthusiastic, driven, committed.
·Team management experience.
·Ability to meet tight deadlines and under certain budget restrictions.
A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful applicant, likely to be in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum dependant on experience.

We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef who is confident working with fresh ingredients and has a level headed and organized approach to work. You should have the ability to motivate and lead a team of chefs in the Head Chef absence.
* Strong experience within gastro pubs
* Experience leading a team of chefs
* Ability to uphold quality standards within a busy kitchen atmosphere
The role:
* Wage of up to £10.75 per hour
* Working in a busy kitchen for a minimum of 40-45 hours per week
* Tips in addition to hourly wage
* Upholding quality standards with good quality fresh produce
* Input into new menus
* Working within and leading a successful team of chefs
