My Client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful Commercial Team on a Major Residential Scheme in London. The project consists of 1000 + units, RC Frame build, with commercial and retail elements.
The right Candidate should come from either a Developer Background or Main Contractor Background. Residential or Commercial projects are ideal.

In essence, they have created an incredible product which allows organisations to digitalise the onboarding part of their HR process, making a new employee's onboarding journey both technologically advanced and a clear reflection of the organisation they are joining.
The Job:
As a London based Sales Executive, you will be solely responsible for driving the sales of the company's products within enterprise prospects located in the UK. You'll manage all aspects of the sales process including business development and lead management, qualification, lead management, the close, and will also support the customer success team when required. This is a heavily targeted sales role which will play an integral part in the overall success of the sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales plans and meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, moving a large number of transactions through simultaneously
- Use a CRM system to manage and track customer and transactional information
- Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
- Travel to customer locations throughout the UK
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Several years expertise in business development and enterprise software sales (essential)
- Ideally multilingual (desirable)
- Some affinity with HR software solutions (desirable)
