Electric Meter Fitter (Three Phase), London
The Role:
Electric Meter Installer required to fit Three Phase meters into commercial premises in London (positions available in North and South London).
This position is permanent, which means that everything is supplied and you are required to only provide your technical expertise as an electric meter installer.
The Candidate:
You will have to meet the following criteria:
1) MOCOPA or DNO authorised Electric Meter Installer
2) Three Phase metering authorisation
3) A checkable history within Electric Meter Installation
4) Be seeking a long term permanent career opportunity
5) Be prepared to be vetted via a Criminal Record Check
6) Have a maximum of six penalty points on your driving license
7) Be prepared to drive a van that has a tracker fitted
8) Be prepared to attend a Health and Safety Induction, which may be outside of your local area and involve overnight stays (all expenses covered).

Building Services Design Engineer, City of London
Due to planned growth, a well-known multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy are looking for a Degree Qualified Mechanical Design Engineer who can independently design and deliver of all elements of Mechanical (HVAC) Building Services systems. This will include designing heating, ventilation, natural ventilation, cooling, hot and cold-water services and also assisting with thermal modelling and energy strategies.
With around five years’ experience in Building Services, you should be able to design, develop and deliver the mechanical design elements on projects and use your clear communication skills to manage other members of the design team.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will have a good knowledge of HVAC, Building Physics and BIM and must be able to use Hevacomp, IES and Revit MEP. Previous experience in producing drawings, reports, specifications and schedules is essential as is the ability to coordinate your HVAC designs with other disciplines.
This role will appeal to a solid Mechanical Design Engineer who enjoys design and is happy to stay as a Senior Engineer who considers themselves a “safe pair of hands when it comes to design and delivery of projects.”
